Meet our team
Captain J.D. Castile
JD Castile has been working as a sailboat captain for the past 17 years. Based in Hawaii for the first 10 years, he now works on yachts all over the world. Dually licensed with USCG and RYA 200-ton licenses, he is ready to safely and efficiently help you move your yacht anywhere. His experience ranges from 100' ketches and schooners to Gunboats and other large cats to a wide variety of power yachts to 110' all over the world.

Brendan Castile
Brendan has thirty years of consistent sailing experience, beginning on Lasers as a pre-teen. College years were spent crewing in the J24 fleet, and after graduation working at Hobie Cat, he saw a lot of time on beach cats and cruising midsize catamarans. His most recent accomplishments are earning his USCG Masters license and earning ASA certifications to teach up to ASA 114 (Cruising Catamaran). Raising two kids with his wife, he is providing dockside support and joining on shorter North American deliveries.
Captain Craig Latham
Captain Craig comes with over 30 years of experience at sea, covering over 100k miles over the years. This experience shows with his mechanical/repair/engineering skills. If it breaks, Craig can fix it! Craig has his USCG 100-ton license and is ready to help move your yacht when he’s not on board his own Tayana 42 sailing around the world. Currently splitting time between his yacht in New Zealand and America, Craig is positioned to handle our South Pacific/SE Asia region deliveries.
Mel Jasniy
Mel has extensive performance multihull experience, having sailed all over the Pacific and Caribbean on a variety of large catamarans. She recently passed her USCG 100-ton exam and is gaining experience crewing with us on passages while also doing charter work at home in Hawaii. Mel is easygoing, hardworking, and keeps a good attitude when things get tough!
