Captain Rates

This serves as a guideline for determining a quote. Each voyage is different and may present particular challenges that would require deviation from the specified rates. It's always best to get a personalized quote, but for the sake of transparency, we like to share our structure.

Daily Rates

$500 - Captain
$200-$300 - Crew
$45 Food Provision Per Person

Travel/Working Lay Day - 100% rate >4hrs, (50% < 4hrs)

Travel Expenses To/From - 100% covered by owner

Boat Expenses (fuel, dock, repair fees) - on owner CC

Example: One captain and two crew are selected for a 1,000NM delivery at a total of $1,000/day. Estimating 6 days at sea is $6,000.

There is usually a travel day to/from and often a day prior to departure for inspections or last-minute projects. We'll estimate three days here (at $1,000/day), bringing the total to $9,000. (Being upfront about any known issues will help reduce this time prior to departure.)

Provisioning allowance at $45/day each comes to $135; for 9 days, $1,215. Flights are estimated at $500 each. We'll estimate 15 gallons of fuel per day at $5/gallon, totaling $450 for the six days ($75/day).
